Ok, so over this break I'm going to be reading something for AP Lit, yet I'm a bit out of ideas. I would love some suggestions for literature, classic or otherwise, that has a deeper meaning to it. Oh, and Sperry, the "student teacher," and a friend of mine are reading "On the Road" by Jack Kerouac. Read that or not?

TL;DR Tell me something deep to read.
