This RP's been dead for a while (eventually everyone but two of us left , and it got kinda lonely), so im gonna go around and tell everyone its back on.

Im not sure if im gonna clean this (banna phone, stopping of criminal scum) up though....I think it captures the feel of the place pretty well .

Feel free to insert yourself into this as you see fit (were still introducing the characters at the moment).

Now that most of us are here , what are we gonna do? We cant move the story along without making the Caps character do SOMETHING . If hes not going to actually be here, we just drop the character (he refuses to come with us , calls us insane and he goes to jail, or whatever you guys want..).Then we just continue on with our story.
